What happens if I am not home when they deliver?
If you or no one else is not at home to collect your package, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The package will be sent to your local post office.
If you have ordered Next Day Delivery then you will receive a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, send an email to wildfancyjewellery@gmail.com
